Schmetterling Rental Conducts “Working at Height” Safety Training for All Staff

Schmetterling Rental has successfully organized a comprehensive Working at Height Safety Training Program for staff across its branches in Johor, Penang, and Selangor, reinforcing its strong commitment to occupational safety and operational excellence.

The training sessions, conducted by certified professionals, were tailored to cover safe practices in operating Boomlifts, Scissorlifts, and Scaffolding Systems—equipment commonly used in high-risk environments. The initiative aimed to enhance employee competence, reduce workplace incidents, and ensure full compliance with industry safety standards.

Staff from operations, maintenance, and management participated in hands-on and classroom-based modules, learning essential skills such as fall prevention, equipment inspection, hazard identification, and emergency response procedures.
